Sukses itu membuat kita percaya diri.


LOWONGAN untuk menjadi pengusaha, saya kira sampai kapan pun masih terbuka luas, tidak terbatas. Artinya, kapan saja, sekarang atau besok, kita bisa saja menjadi pengusaha. Bahkan, kalau kita ingin cepat menjadi pengusaha, bisa juga kita lakukan hari ini. Misalnya, cukup kita datang ke notaris, buat CV atau PT, maka jadilah kita pengusaha sekaligus direktur di perusahaan kita sendiri.

Dan, tak perlu ada upacara pengangkatan segala, sebab siapa lagi yang mengangkat kita kalau bukan kita sendiri.
Namun, coba saja kalau kita bekerja pada perusahaan milik orang lain, maka untuk bisa menjadi direktur membutuhkan waktu lama. Ini pun masih sangat tergantung pada keputusan atasan kita. Padahal, menurut saya, untuk menjadi pengusaha sekaligus direktur, tidak harus membutuhkan pengalaman kerja. Karena, pada dasarnya, lowongan kita untuk menjadi pengusaha itu tidak terbatas. Maka, semestinya kita harus “jadi” dulu. Itu setidaknya, dengan kita sudah menjadi direktur di perusahaan kita sendiri, merupakan langkah awal memulai bisnis. Dan, ternyata membuat bisnis itu lebih mudah daripada kita mencari pekerjaan. Sehingga, dari “sukses” itulah menjadikan diri kita tumbuh rasa percaya diri. Dan, setelah kita percaya diri, maka kita akan bisa melakukan sesuatu.
Banyak contoh di masyarakat, bahwa seseorang mendapatkan jabatan, baik itu di pemerintahan ataupun swasta, padahal dia tidak punya pengalaman sebelumnya. Dan ternyata, dia bisa juga melaksanakan pekerjaan itu dengan baik. Artinya. kepercayaan diri atau “pede” kita bertambah saat kita dapat kesuksesan. Meski, katakanlah bisnis yang kita dirikan itu hanya meraih sukses-sukses kecil. Namun, itu buktikanlah suatu masalah. Justru, hal ini akan membuat kita lebih termotivasi untuk bisa meraih sukses bisnis yang lebih besar.
Saya kira, kita memang sebaiknya jangan mengabaikan sukses-sukses kecil itu. Percayalah, bahwa sesungguhnya dari sukses-sukses kecil itu akan menjadi kesuksesan yang luar biasa pada bisnis kita dimasa depan.
Memang, bagi kita yang terbiasa berpikir linier, pasti akan mengatakan, bahwa percaya diri dulu baru kita sukses. Kalau kita setuju dengan pendapat, percaya diri dulu baru seseorang meraih sukses, lantas kapan kita bisa menjadi pengusaha?







SUKSES ITU GURU YANG JELEK

Kesukesan akan menjerumuskan kita,
kalau kita terlalu bangga.

ROBERT T. Kiyosaki dalam bukunya “Cash Flow Quadrant” berpendapat, bahwa sebenarnya sukses itu guru yang jelek. Tapi itu berlaku untuk diri kita sendiri. Artinya, sebagai entrepreneur, kita memang sebaiknya tidak berguru pada kesuksesan kita sendiri. Sebab, hal itu akan membuat kita menjadi kurang bersemangat, menjadi tidak kreatif, menjadikan kita lengah atau sombong, menjadikan kita lupa diri, bahkan tak menutup kemungkinan kesuksesan yang kita raih akan menjadi bumerang bagi diri kita sendiri. Sukses itu, menurut saya, bukan berarti “waktunya untuk menikmati”.
Memang, kesuksesan kita itu bisa menjerumuskan kita. Apalagi, kalau kita terlalu membanggakan kesuksesan itu, akan membuat kita lupa diri. Oleh karena itu, agar kesuksesan ini, tidak menjadi bumerang bagi kita sendiri, maka kita memang harus pandai-pandai mengelola kesuksesan itu. Namun, tentu saja, orang lain bisa saja belajar dari kesuksesan kita, itu boleh, bahkan, itu bisa menjadikan kesuksesan bisnis seseorang. Sebab, pada dasarnya belajar dari kesuksesan orang lain itu sah-sah saja. Pendeknya, kalau seseorang belajar kesuksesan orang lain, itu, memang bisa menjadi guru yang baik. Meski kita sebetulnya juga bisa belajar banyak pada orang yang gagal.
Dalam konteks inilah, menurut saya, agar bisnis kita tetap langgeng bahkan bisa berkembang lebih baik di masa mendatang, adakalanya kita harus menyadari hal ini. Atau lebih tepatnya, sebagai entrepreneur seharusnya lebih menilai, bahwa kegagalan itu sebetulnya sebagai pelajaran yang terbaik. Oleh karena itulah, saya kira kita sebaiknya janganlah terlalu takut dengan kegagalan. Kita belajar paling banyak tentang diri kita ketika kita gagal, jadi jangan takut gagal. Sebab, kegagalan itu sebenarnya adalah proses kita untuk menjadi sukses. Saya yakin, yang namanya entrepreneur itu sebetulnya tidak bisa sukses tanpa mengalami kegagalan.
Maka, pada saat kita ingin memulai bisnis atau disaat bisnis kita mulai berkembang, tapi kemudian tiba-tiba bangkrut atau mengalami kegagalan, saya kira hal itu janganlah membuat kita patah semangat. Justru, disaat itulah jiwa entrepreneur kita harus bangkit kembali. Sebab, menurut pengalaman saya dari rekan pengusaha lainnya, mereka baru sukses, setelah mereka pemah mengalami kegagalan paling tidak sampai tujuh kali. Kalau kita baru gagal dua atau tiga kali, saya kira itu wajar-¬wajar saja bagi seorang entrepreneur. Mestinya, entrepreneur tidak akan pemah mendapatkan pelajaran tanpa melakukan langkah-langkah yang berarti. Baik itu langkah yang gagal maupun yang sukses. Langkah-langkahnya dimulai dari langkah kecil sampai langkah besar. Dengan perkataan lain, saya mengatakan, sebuah perjalanan 1000 km itu sebenarnya dimulai dari langkah kecil. Kalau kita tidak berani memulai atau mengembangkan bisnis, kapan kita akan punya bisnis, atau kapan bisnis kita berkembang. Saya menemukan kata-kata yang menarik buat kita renungkan bersama yaitu, “Memulai ini mengalahkan tidak memulai.” Artinya, orang yang berani memulai atau mengembangkan bisnis, itu lebih baik, daripada orang yang sama sekali tidak berani memulai atau mengembangkan bisnis.

REJEKI ITU BISA DIRENCANAKAN

Rejeki itu akan datang, sesuai pengambilan resiko bisnis kita

REJEKI itu sebenarnya sudah ada yang mengatur-Nya. Saya kira, itu memang benar. Dan, sebagian besar kita berpendapat demikian. Karena sejak lahir setiap orang itu membawa rejeki sendiri-sendiri. Tapi, apakah kita itu bisa meningkatkan rejeki kita sendiri? Dan, apakah kita tak bisa merencanakannya? Saya berpendapat, meski rejeki itu sudah ada yang mengatur-Nya, namun kita harus tetap aktif merencanakannya. Tanpa direncanakan, rejeki itu akan sulit kita raih. Saya kira, rejeki itu membutuhkan peluang untuk mendatanginya.
Menurut saya, mana mungkin rejeki itu datang kalau setiap harinya kita tak punya aktivitas apa-apa. Hanya pasrah saja. Dan, kita terlalu yakin, bahwa rejeki itu tak perlu dikejar, pasti akan datang sendiri. Saya tak sependapat dengan prinsip ini. Sebab, bagaimana pun juga kalau pada diri kita tak ada kegairahan bekerja, dan hanya selalu memimpikan rejeki itu datang, maka rejeki itu pun akan sulit datang atau justru malah menjauh. Tapi sebaliknya, jika kita tekun bekerja, dan kreatif berwirausaha, saya yakin, pasti rejeki akan datang. Bisnis kita pun akan lebih cepat berkembang.
Apalagi, kalau kita berani memilih profesi seperti pengusaha, dokter, notaris, pengacara, pelukis, seniman dan lain-lain. Profesi ini saya lihat sangat berpeluang mendatangkan rejeki yang relatif besar atau tidak linier. Sebab, profesi ini berbeda dengan orang yang digaji atau seperti karyawan. Artinya, jika saat ini kita misalnya, sedang menekuni dunia usaha atau sebagai pengusaha, maka jelas sangat memungkinkan sekali bagi kita untuk mendatangkan rejeki yang relalif besar. Sementara, kalau saja kita sekarang ini bekerja ikut orang lain atau setiap bulannya digaji tetap, maka jelas peluang akan datangnya rejeki yang relatif besar, menjadi kecil. Oleh karena itu, rejeki besar akan datangnya mencari tempat yang pas, dan ini bisa kita rencanakan. Tinggal, kita berani atau tidak. Bicara soal rejeki, saya jadi teringat pengalaman rekan saya. Dia seorang notaris. Saya lihat, dalam menjalankan profesinya, dia hanya menggunakan motor. Lantas, ganti mobil. Itu pun mobil lama. Namun, ketika saya sarankan agar dia “berani” ambil mobil baru secara kredit, dia terkejut. Apalagi, ketika saya sarankan mobil lamanya dijual saja. untuk bayar uang muka.
Setiap bulannya’ kan harus bayar angsuran? Itu pertanyaannya. Saya jawab, “Nah itulah rejeki akan mengikuti rencana anda. Kalau anda menggunakan mobil bagus pasti klien anda lebih percaya. Karena performance atau penampilan dibutuhkan dalam bisnis anda. Apalagi anda mau bekerja keras dan kreatif menjaring klien, saya yakin anda pasti mampu membayar angsurannya.” Rupanya, dia ikuti saran saya. Apa yang terjadi selanjutnya? Rejeki notaris itu ternyata mengalir deras. Kliennya akan bertambah. Selain bisa membayar angsuran, dia pun masih punya kelebihan rejeki itu. Dari, kepercayaan dirinya akan profesinya semakin mantap.
Kejadian ini, di antaranya yang membuat saya percaya, bahwa rejeki itu sesungguhnya akan datang mengikuti rencana hutang kita. Rejeki itu juga akan datang sesuai pengambilan risiko bisnis kita. Sehingga, pada saat kita ambil risiko bisnis yang kecil, rejeki yang mengalir pun juga kecil. Sebaliknya, bila kita berani ambil risiko yang besar, maka rejeki yang mengalir pun juga besar.

Dengan pola kerja yang tidak teratur, sering orang mudah terkena stres. Hal ini sering dipengaruhi oleh semakin tingginya tuntutan, baik tuntutan dari tempat kerja anda atau tuntutan dari sekitar kita.

Tempat kerja menuntut agar produktivitas kerja meningkat agar target perusahaan tercapai. Kebutuhan keluarga makin meningkat, sementara “kemampuan” masih tetap.

Kalau segala macam tuntutan itu tidak mampu di-management dengan baik, stress mudah timbul. Bagaimana tips management stress agar anda terhindar dari serangan stres?

Begini caranya…

Beberapa tips management stress berikut ini bisa langsung anda action-kan mulai hari ini juga.

1. Tidur cukup
Kurang tidur merupakan salah satu sebab terbesar seseorang terjangkit stres. Mungkin karena harus kejar deadline pekerjaan yang bertumpuk sampai harus mengorbankan waktu tidur anda.

Sesekali boleh saja anda lemburan, tapi jangan keterusan dan kompensasikan kekurangan tidur anda itu. Kalau anda keseringan melanggar jatah waktu istirahat anda, pasti tubuh anda akan “berontak”. Akibatnya waktu pagi hari wajah anda terlihat kurang fresh, kantung mata menggantung, stamina pun kurang bugar.

Berapa waktu ideal tidur setiap harinya? Kalau kata pakar sekurang-kurangnya kita butuh waktu tidur minimal delapan jam. Namun saya percaya anda yang paling tahu kebutuhan tidur anda.

Sebagai pedoman, gampangnya begini. Kalau waktu bangun anda merasa badan anda kurang segar, itu tandanya kalau anda masih kurang tidur. Tapi kalau sudah segar berarti waktu tidur anda cukup. Namun pedoman di atas jangan anda jadikan alasan buat tidur berlebihan ya :) karena efeknya pasti juga sama tidak baiknya.

Tidur yang cukup (dan bukan berlebihan) itu ikut membantu mengurangi tingkat ketegangan atau stress tubuh anda.

2. Olahraga cukup
Olahraga yang cukup itu pun bisa membantu mengurangi ketegangan anda. Biar tidak suntuk selalu berada di depan layar monitor untuk menjalankan bisnis internet, lakukanlah olahraga. Berolahraga membantu anda lebih sehat, meningkatkan energi dan stamina anda, membuat pikiran lebih fresh–sehingga anda bisa bekerja online lebih baik—dan membuat tidur lebih pulas. :)

Kalau anda belum rutin olahraga, saya sarankan mulai minggu ini. Bisa dimulai dengan olahraga kecil seperti jalan-jalan, lari pagi, atau naik sepeda keliling sekitar lingkungan rumah anda. Boleh juga kembali melakukan olahraga kegemaran yang sudah lama tidak anda lakukan.

3. Makan teratur
Gara-gara telat makan akibat terlalu fokus memikirkan pekerjaan anda bisa berakibat fatal dan meningkatkan potensi terkena stress. Makanlah makanan bergizi secara teratur. Jangan sampai karena terlalu asyik bekerja, anda jadi lupa atau telat makan.

4. Musik
Suara musik mampu membuat tubuh anda terasa lebih enteng. Anda bisa dengarkan musik untuk mengurangi ketegangan tubuh anda. Cobalah dan biarkan tubuh anda bergoyang mengikuti irama musik. Dendangkan juga syair lagunya… :)

5. Liburan
Berlibur bersama keluarga atau orang-orang yang anda sayangi untuk sejenak terbebas dari rutinitas yang membelenggu perlu anda lakukan untuk melemaskan urat-urat syaraf anda. Enaknya, bagi pebisnis internet meski liburan bukan berarti pemasukan mandeg. Uang tetap akan mengalir lancar memasuki kantong anda.

6. Hubungan Sosial
Bertemu dengan teman-teman lama atau paling tidak coba menghubungi mereka bisa mempererat kembali hubungan anda. Anda bisa ngobrol mengingat kisah jaman dulu kala. Pasti stres anda akan lenyap seketika mentertawakan cerita-cerita lucu yang anda alami.

Perluas juga hubungan sosial anda dengan sering-sering tambah teman. Banyak teman pasti banyak rejeki.

7. Hobi
Kerjakan hobi anda untuk meredakan ketegangan. Mungkin anda hobi pelihara tanaman, atau hobi touring; atau anda hobi memelihara ikan mungkin? Kalau hobi saya mancing. :)

8. Doa
Dekatkan diri pada-Nya, panjatkan doa, dan senantiasa ucapkan syukur atas segala limpahan nikmat-Nya. Ini berpengaruh besar agar anda terhindar dari serangan stress berat.

Pada intinya, kunci management stress itu adalah terciptanya keseimbangan. Anda tidak memberatkan satu sisi kehidupan dan melupakan sisi lainnya. Anda tidak terlalu fokus pada pekerjaan anda misal sampai anda lupa makan, lupa istirahat, dan “lupa-lupa” lainnya.

Seimbangkan kehidupan anda, pasti anda akan terbebas dari stress.
